This weeks newbie project will be in two differnet parts.
One that is for the basic newer webmasters called "Retrospect"
One for the more advanced webmasters called "UniSites"
Retrospect
Basic evaluation for weakness in intra-structures of your empires
Use this as a check list and see the info below it for the next step
Do you have the following items in your intra struture
___ 1 filter page
___ 1 hub page
___ 1 virtual page
___ 1 SE doorway page
___ The 1x triple finished
___ The 2x triple finished
___ The 3x triple finished
___ Three free sites
___ Two reg. AVS sites
___ One Premium AVS site
___ Three TGP page Templates
___ One page with an Exit console
___ One page with an Entrance console
___ One hand made FPA (Full page ad)
If you can check off 10 or more of these then you should
have no problem with todays advanced NPOW.
Either way you need all the skills above in your future as an adult webmaster
So where ever you do not have checked off,
then go back to newbie projects covering them and complete it
Part of it is looking for them, so don't ask me which is which
I already know them so i have no need to memorize thier post numbers.
Which means I'd have to go dig back thru and look myself to find them
and if one of us has to do that, it might as well be the one doing the project :)
You'll learn a lot by doing this. The archives are pure gold.
Now with the check list done and you know where to go to start working next
You should create a personal help page
This page should have links to your sponsors for stats,
A list of all YOUR sponsor codes for promoting sponsor sites,
And links to your favorite places to link to/trade traffic with
Make all of then as target=_new and you should be
Popping the pages in a new browser window, with you personal one intact
This way you can speed right down the list :)
Saves lots of time. Build smarter, not harder.
